Sean has been a Musician for over 20 years mainly resonating with Drums - but in recent years has branched out to playing piano bass guitar - and for the last four years has consistently taking vocal lessons making plans to sing in upcoming projects -
Finishing up a meditation teacher training in 2019 - Sean resonated with Sound healing the most- “There’s just something about the vibrations that the instruments produce that cause a sense of serene and peaceful energy throughout our body and mind”
Since the conclusion of this training, Sean has brought different sounds sources to soothe people at the end of yoga classes/ but has also taken the Dallas community by storm doing anything from private sound sessions to corporate Sound sessions- to cultivating an abundance of resources to continue to share the gift of Sound healing with others.

2) Better sleep and deeper relaxation — sound sessions (singing bowls, guided sound baths, binaural tones) can help quiet the mind, encourage slower brainwave patterns, and make it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep.

1. Reduced stress and calmer nervous system — certain sounds, tones and rhythms can slow breathing and heart rate and promote a shift from “fight/flight” to “rest/repair,” which people experience as lower stress and anxiety.

3) Less physical tension and pain perception — vibration and tonal focus can relax muscles, improve body awareness, and reduce the subjective intensity of chronic or acute pain for some people.
