This 2-part, half-day training is designed to deepen your understanding of the sacredness of your practice and the importance of a regular yoga practice-not only for maintaining strength, flexibility, and mental health, but for unlocking your unlimited potential. Explore the 7 main energetic centers, or chakras, and how they shape your development and understanding of the world. We will also discuss the nadis, meditation, savasana, asana, visualization, and inner dialogue.

Craft of Connection is an assisting workshop designed to deepen your personal practice, your leadership, your connection to your community and your teaching.
This 2.5-day intensive will focus on energetic and anatomic principles of yoga, along with hands-on exercises, allowing you to become more practiced at giving and receiving adjustments and assistance for deepening, stabilizing and empowering yourself and others in a typical vinyasa flow.
You will develop your intuitive sense of the practice as you cultivate the skill of connecting with others.

Veronica Torres Hazley is the founder of V12 Yoga and Healthy Latina Lifestyle, a devoted wellness educator who blends yoga, sound healing, and culturally-informed health practices. As a compassionate soundbath facilitator and patient-centered teacher trainer, she leads accessible, trauma-aware trainings that empower teachers to hold safe, soothing spaces for diverse communities. Veronica’s approach honors Latina heritage, emphasizes gentle embodiment, breath, and mindful listening, and supports students and trainees in building sustainable, heart-centered practices.

Sean has been a Musician for over 20 years mainly resonating with Drums - but in recent years has branched out to playing piano bass guitar - and for the last four years has consistently taking vocal lessons making plans to sing in upcoming projects -
Finishing up a meditation teacher training in 2019 - Sean resonated with Sound healing the most- “There’s just something about the vibrations that the instruments produce that cause a sense of serene and peaceful energy throughout our body and mind”
Since the conclusion of this training, Sean has brought different sounds sources to soothe people at the end of yoga classes/ but has also taken the Dallas community by storm doing anything from private sound sessions to corporate Sound sessions- to cultivating an abundance of resources to continue to share the gift of Sound healing with others.
